1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Fortune Fragrance website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Products & Pricing
All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) unless otherwise stated. Prices include VAT at 15%. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without prior notice. Prices in USD are indicative and may vary based on exchange rates.
3. La Fortune™ Reward System
Every retail purchase includes a Fortune Ticket (Billet de Fortune™) with a guaranteed minimum prize of R10. Prize distribution is predetermined per production batch and verified through our secure system. Prizes must be claimed within 90 days of purchase. Fortune Tickets are not transferable and have no cash surrender value beyond the stated prize. The company reserves the right to verify identity before processing prizes above R10,000.
4. Le Grand Tirage™ (Monthly Draw)
The monthly jackpot draw is open to all customers who have made qualifying purchases. Entries are automatic and proportional to purchase value. Draws are conducted on the last business day of each month. Results are final and binding. The company complies with the National Gambling Board regulations regarding promotional competitions.
5. Representative Agreement
Independent Representatives operate their own businesses and are not employees of La Belle Afrique (Pty) Ltd. Commission payments are subject to minimum thresholds and tax obligations. The compensation plan is subject to the Consumer Protection Act (No. 68 of 2008), Section 43(4). Representatives must not make income guarantees or misleading claims.
6. Affiliate Programme
Affiliates earn a 10% commission on referred sales. The R149 registration fee is non-refundable but is credited toward any future Representative package upgrade. Affiliates may not engage in spam, misleading advertising, or any activity that damages the Fortune Fragrance brand.
7. Returns & Refunds
Unopened products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Opened products may be exchanged if defective. Fortune Tickets from returned orders are voided. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Gauteng, South Africa.
